St. Marys Independence Day Festival

The Kiwanis Club of St. Marys Independence Day Festival celebration offers hometown charm plus a parade and fireworks over the St. Marys River. Other activities include a 5K and 10K Run, arts & crafts vendors, and entertainment throughout the day at the St. Marys Waterfront Park. The days highlight will be the Firework Display over the St. Marys River in downtown St. Marys. This event is organized and planned by the St. Marys Kiwanis Club. The Fireworks Display is brought to you by the Kiwanis Club of St. Marys and the St. Marys Convention & Visitors Bureau with support of the City of St. Marys.

Broadcasting live on July 3rd from the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol, A Capitol Fourth: 250 Weekend Celebration will feature the national television debut of country music icon Trace Adkins’ new song “American Made”, along with spectacular fireworks live from George Washington's Mount Vernon. Join us on the Palatka Riverfront for the City of Palatka’s Annual 4th of July Celebration, happening Saturday, July 4, from 4:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. This free, family-friendly event includes live music, food trucks, vendors, a kids zone, face painting, puppet shows by the Pilot Club of Palatka, and a special performance from the Azalea City Children's Chorus at 4:30 p.m. Don’t miss the annual Boat Parade at 8:40 p.m. and Palatka’s biggest fireworks show over the St. Johns River at 9:30 p.m. Bring your lawn chairs, family, and friends for an evening of patriotic fun and community spirit.
