Besides teaching professionally to violin students over span of 20-plus years, greater Toronto symphony-level violinist Calvin (Background-checked) performs w/ many Canada orchestras (London Symphonia, Hamilton Philharmonic, Niagara Symphony) & in weddings/special events in Ontario (previously in USA). W/ Bachelor's/ Master's in Violin Performance @ Northwestern University (top-tier conservatory), he performed w/ renowned symphonies in San Diego, Virginia, & Charlotte. Starting at age 8, he quickly garnered many awards: Concerto winner & soloist w/ Austin Symphony at age 14, Texas All-State Orchestra Concertmaster as high school freshman (THREE-TIME 1st place in All-State auditions), Texas French Symposium music winner 2X. He performed in concerts w/ classical superstars including James Ehnes, Joshua Bell, Timothy Chooi, Karen Gomyo, Kerson Leong, & Lang Lang.
