2024 Wild Amelia Nature Festival

The 2024 Wild Amelia Nature Festival will offer lots of fun events introducing visitors to our diverse local ecosystems and the wonderful creatures that inhabit them. And to the vital and urgent need to preserve them. Beginning Friday, May 10, enjoy nine fun-filled days of ecotours, a Sunset River Cruise fundraiser, Wild Storytime events for kids, Downtown to Dunes community cleanup, trolley tours of the Gardens of Amelia, and a very special Garden Party fundraiser at Main Beach Park. The week of events culminates with a beachside Eco-Expo.

Saturday, May 18, the Eco-Expo will be held at Main Beach Park from 10am–4pm. There will be something for everyone at this awesome family event. Come relax, have fun, and get in touch with nature beside the ocean!
- Exhibits by environmental organizations
- Wildlife exhibits
- Music by the Honey Badgers, Laid Back, and Liberty Blues Band
- Food and drink at a selection of food trucks, a beer garden, and a water refill station to quench your thirst and keep you hydrated
- Attractions for children include the Kids Niche with hands-on nature projects, bounce houses, Touch-A-Truck, and a Nature Passport activity with gifts for completed passports
