PLANETARIUM NIGHT LIVE PRESENTS THIRTEEN POINT EIGHT
MOSH and the Bryan-Gooding Planetarium present Planetarium Night Live! Expand your mind and go on an exploration of cosmic phenomena during immersive, live discussions & demonstrations.
Join us on August 21, 2020 at 7 p.m. as Planetarium Night Live! presents “Thirteen Point Eight.” The age of the Universe is 13.8 billion years old. Seems like an amazing claim; then again humans are capable of amazing things. How can we know something like this so precisely? What’s the evidence leading us to this number? Is it as solid a result as it’s made out to be? Join us in the Bryan-Gooding Planetarium to investigate one of the most astounding claims humans have ever made about anything.
Suggested for ages 13 and up.

Note: For the health and safety of our guests and staff, we are limiting our capacity in the Bryan-Gooding Planetarium to maintain social distancing. The maximum audience size will be 100 guests and Planetarium staff will seat all guests/groups apart to observe social distancing. Facemasks are to be worn at all times. Also, the Planetarium will be regularly cleaned and disinfected according to CDC guidelines.
